What Is Collagen & Why Do You Need It?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and helps give structure to hair, skin, nails, bones, ligaments and tendons in the human body.

As you age, collagen production declines. This is when supplementation becomes crucial.

However, not all collagen supplements are not created equal.

Listen as Susan M. Piergeorge, MS, RDN, LDN, joins host Lisa Davis to explain the different types of collagen, varying formulations you can get supplements in (capsules, powders, chews, etc.), and the benefits collagen can have for your overall health, wellness, and beauty.
