Drug-Free Treatment of Migraines
Migraine headaches affect about twelve percent of American adults. They’re often misdiagnosed, and that migraine medication may be treating something that isn’t even a migraine.

Migraines are genetically mediated. If you’re genetically predisposed to migraines, parts of your brain fatigue or fail. If there are too many stressors on that area of the brain, your likelihood of migraine increases.

Four Modifiable Factors of Migraines
  1. Nutritional
  2. Hormonal
  3. Musculoskeletal
  4. Neurological

Adjusting these factors in conjunction with the findings of lab tests can reduce your likelihood of migraines.

Listen as Dr. Adam Harcourt joins Dr. Susanne Bennett to discuss how to try to prevent migraines.
