Drew Manning is a personal trainer who spent his entire life as a healthy individual.
Feeling a disconnect with his clients and not understanding why they struggled to lose weight, he decided to embark on an experiment. He spent six months gaining weight, not exercising, and eating the standard American diet, then six months trying to follow his own advice and lose that weight.
It was through this humbling experience that Drew was able to better understand why people struggle to lose weight due to an emotional connection to food and find solutions to better serve his clients.
