What is 5-2-1-0? Every Day Health for your Family!
Overweight and obesity in young children and adolescents have become a major concern and public health threat in the U.S.

Since the 1970’s, obesity has nearly doubled in preschool children and adolescents and tripled among children ages 6-11.

The 5-2-1-0 program has been adopted as an obesity prevention program by many states. 5-2-1-0 focuses on increasing physical activity and healthy eating among children.
