Summer Days to School Days: Making the Transition
It is that time again... time to send the kids back to school.

That might be a sigh of relief for you, but the transition for your children isn't quite so easy or welcome.

Over the summer they have had down time, video game time, and just plain lazy time.

Now they have activities, sports, lessons and homework.

Special guest, Dr. Anita Chandra, MD, and Melanie Cole, MS, discuss the best ways to get your children back into the school routine, as well as ways to help them focus on learning.
