Courtney Blatt is a certified nutrition and wellness coach helping busy professionals achieve their health objectives. She assists clients in attaining sustainable weight loss, reducing food cravings, increasing energy and managing stress. With 15 years experience in the corporate world (most recently at Disney), Courtney understands first hand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while juggling a successful career and family.

Courtney is a graduate of Boston College and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is also accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Courtney is a life long athlete and trained for the 1992 Summer Olympics. She loves staying active by running marathons, practicing yoga and keeping up with her two-year-old son.
