5-Day Real Food Detox
The term detox often conjures visions of yucky-tasting juices and painful fasting sessions.

That's not the right way to go about resetting your body. In fact, high intensity juice cleanses (and the like) may actually be detrimental.

If you're looking to "spring clean" your system, it's important to do your research so you can find the right fit for you.

Nikki Sharp, author of The 5-Day Real Food Detox, suggests finding one habit and start with that. For example, focus on adding good foods into your daily regimen, instead of on the "bad" foods you want to take out. You might be surprised how quickly your cravings will disappear.
