Common Herbs for Eye Problems
Your eyes, like any other part of your body, require blood flow and oxygen.

They respond to stress, both mental stress and the stress of chemicals and other toxins in your environment.

Your eyes get stronger or weaker depending on your lifestyle and your dietary habits.

So then, it would follow, that just as herbs can help your overall health, they can also help your eye health.

Registered Herbalist, Alan Tillotson, who has been practicing herbal medicine for over 30 years, joins Dr. Abel to discuss how herbs can contribute to good eye health, as well as the specific herbs that are beneficial.
