Core exercises are a crucial part of any exercise regimen. Maintaining a strong body core is important at any age, and balance, posture and back health have been linked to core strength.

Every time you carry groceries, laundry, or even your kids, you're relying on your vision and core as a foundation of strength and sight.

Certified fitness instructor, David Lightcap, emphasizes the importance of keeping your core strong as a cardinal adjunct to wellness.

David joins Dr. Abel to share why core strength is so essential to overall health, as well as how it can impact your vision.
