CBD for Anxiety
Research is proving that cannabidiol (CBD) has therapeutic affects on numerous health conditions. It has successfully helped individuals with anxiety.

The cannabis plant has many chemicals, including THC, CBD and others. CBD lacks the THC associated with marijuana recreation.

CBD acts as a natural balancer for brain chemicals. Improving nutrition is still very important in reducing anxiety. Inflammation is also aided by CBD, restoring neurotransmitters and supporting brain health.

Listen as Dr. Hyla Cass joins Dr. Susanne Bennett to discuss how CBD works to address anxiety.
