Lauren LiptonLauren Lipton is the author of Yoga Bodies: Real People, Real Stories & the Power of Transformation, a collection of photographs and interviews of over 80 yogis of all ages, shapes and skill levels. She's freelance journalist who has written about wellness, style and travel for the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Town & Country, Allure and numerous other publications. She has been practicing yoga for six years and will receive her 200-hour yoga teaching certification in June. She lives in New York.
