EP 48 - It’s Grief: The Dance of Self-Discovery Through Trauma & Loss
Grief is felt physically, emotionally and spiritually. Loss, fear and trauma all trigger grief.

Therapist Edy Nathan experienced such grief that she decided to write a guide for those facing grief.

We all have masks that we wear to cover grief. Many people try to avoid the process. It can be healthier to befriend grief and learn from it.

Think about forgiveness as you consider your own trauma. Forgiveness doesn’t mean you forget the event and the lessons that surround it.

Listen as Edy joins Dr. Bond to share how to grow from grief.
