The REAL Benefits of Paleo Eating
The paleo diet is known as the hunter-gatherer diet and is similar to the way your ancestors used to eat centuries ago when they were cave dwellers. Basically, they ate a lot of fruit and veggies, fish, meat and raw nuts.

However, the modern-day version of paleo isn't as strict, allowing you to add in healthy carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash and winter squash.

And while your ancestors were meat-eaters, going paleo doesn't mean that you can go to town on steaks and burgers every night of the week.

Like anything else in life, there needs to be a healthy balance between nutrients. In terms of paleo, that means balancing your greens and healthy carbs with your meats.

Eating paleo the right way has major health benefits. For example, removing processed foods from your diet can help resolve autoimmune disorders, blood sugar disorders like diabetes and even help fight depression.

What are the other benefits of eating paleo?
