What is Energy Medicine?
Energy medicine stems from the principle that "everything is energy."

Even your body is an energy field and is electromagnetic.

By using certain techniques, such as Reiki, Tai Chi and accupressure/acupuncture, you can enhance and balance the energy held within your body. This is important because if your energy is unbalanced, you are more susceptible to disease and illness. Whereas if you're energy is in balance, you can speed healing and experience optimal health.

There are also techniques to test for food allergies, such as muscle testing. This is actually something you can do yourself, simply by going to the grocery store with a friend or loved one and performing a simple series of tests. This technique can indicate which foods you have sensitivities towards.

But remember, energy is in the constant state of flux, so your sensitivities can change day-to-day. This is why it's important to rotate your foods; if you eat the same thing day after day, your body craves change and becomes sensitive to those specific foods.

Join Mark Mincolla, PhD, as he shares why energy medicine is so crucial to health, as well as some tips for balancing your own energy.
