Finding Time: Working Out with a Busy Schedule
Between work, family and errands, how is it even possible to find time to go to the gym?

Personal trainer, Melanie Cole, says you don't have to fit in all of your exercise at one time during the day.

In order to keep at a healthy weight, you should exercise 30 minutes a day. However, you can walk for 10 minutes in the morning and then do another exercise later in the day and still see results.

Join Dr. Friedman and Melanie to learn how you can break up your workouts throughout the day, as well as how to stay on a good exercise regimen by creating variety in your routine.
