A habit is defined as an acquired behavior pattern that you do regularly; to the point that it becomes involuntary. Habits can be very difficult to break, especially when you don't realize the damage they could be causing your skin.
For example, if you like to eat dessert every night (even in moderation) the amount of added sugars not only contribute to weight gain, but also to wrinkled skin. Your doctor also might have told you that you should be drinking water throughout the day. One of the main reasons your skin could look older than it really is, is from dehydration. If you're dehydrated, wrinkles or fine lines can become more apparent.
Are sunscreens necessary only on vacation or times when you'll be outside for a long period of time?
A whopping 90 percent of aging on the skin is caused by UV radiation from the sun or from tanning beds. Even though you may not live in a sunny area, you need to always wear sunscreen to keep your skin (especially your face) moisturized throughout the day.
