Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable, chronic disease in which the immune system attacks the central nervous system.
Symptoms of MS include blurred vision, poor coordination, loss of balance, slurred speech, extreme fatigue, memory and concentration problems, tremors, blindness, numbness, paralysis, and more. Symptoms and the extreme to which they go varies from patient to patient.
With the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves under attack by the body’s immune system, daily life can be challenging and painful for someone with MS.
Multiple Sclerosis survivor Brian Moore-Ward joins Melanie to share how he lives with MS under his support team’s help, as well as how he is able to continue pursuing his passions.
