Daylight Saving Time: Enemy of Sleep
It's that time again... Daylight Saving Time.

Clocks are moved forward by an hour, displacing that hour of daylight to the end of the day.

The end of Daylight Saving Time is greeted with more enthusiasm because it means an “extra” hour of sleep. This weekend, many people will lose an hour of sleep if they have scheduled Sunday commitments.

Daylight Saving Time takes its toll on sleep schedules.

Listen in as sleep expert, Dr. William Katz, discusses the toll "saving time" takes on sleep.
