We all have unique talents, skills and abilities. But not all of us carry the right mindset to reach our goals and desires. 

Melissa Kathryn, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, believes your mindset can create your reality. If you want to improve your health, make more money, or lose weight, you need to shift those desires into an actual belief. 

What are some ways you can achieve this more positive mindset?

  • Hypnotherapy, which allows you to get "un-blocked" and move forward.
  • Creating lifestyle practices that will help you thrive, such as this morning ritual: journaling, reading and writing. Do each for five minutes. It puts you in a calm state and in the position of success for your day. 
  • Set intentions. What do you want to create or experience that day? Take care of you; honor you. Instead of life happening to you, you're making life happen FOR you.

Another effective tactic is stating affirmations. Melissa suggests just a few, including:

  • My life flows with ease and abundance.
  • I love myself; I love my body.
  • I am perfect just as I am.
