Have You Missed Your Estrogen Window?
Estrogen had a bad reputation for causing breast cancer and other body problems.

Wrong! If estrogen is taken in the estrogen window, it helps prevent heart disease, dementia, breast cancer and more.

The median age for menopause is 51. Age isn't the defining moment, though. Menopause can begin before age 40. When you begin menopause, start taking estrogen to get maximum benefit. Many women can take estrogen for five years with no problem.

It's important to know that doctors are just as lost on menopause as patients are. They have the best intentions but don't know everything about it. Find a doctor who is a good fit for you.

Listen in as Dr. Mache Seibel discusses the estrogen window.
