How do I know if my IUD accidentally got moved around?

It is common for the IUD to slip down from your uterus during menstrual cycles. In rare cases it can slip. Your doctor will check it during regular visits. It may slip out on a pad or a tampon. If you feel it against your cervix, see your doctor.

What is the ideal temperature for your home?

Men like a cold, women like it warm. Scientists found that 68 degrees help for sleeping. Older people don't self-regulate their temperature very well, so be conscientious when you have an older person in your home. Seventy-two is a good standard for daytime. Setting your thermostat to 78 in summer can help put less stress on the power grid.

How can I motivate myself to go to the gym regularly?

Remember your goal. Visualize your workout. Get a workout buddy. Stay consistent. Buy cute workout clothes. Take classes.
