Long Face Syndrome
Chronic congested nasal passages or enlarged tonsils can affect the growth of your child’s face. Resultant mouth breathing affects overall health and can lead to long face syndrome.

Improper cranial facial growth and development can have many different causes. Lack of vitamins D3 and K2 contribute to this issue. These vitamins help you absorb and distribute calcium. Additionally, improper breathing leads to physical changes in the passageways. The result is frequent cold and flu, attention disorders and trouble sleeping.

Processed foods, staying indoors and being inactive don’t help.

Listen as Dr. Joel Gould joins Dr. Susanne Bennett to share how to reduce risk of developing long face syndrome.
