Build Resilience During COVID-19 and Beyond
In the middle of this global pandemic, it's understandable that people are experiencing fear, anxiety, and uncertainty.

How can you truthfully answer someone's inquiry of "How are you doing?" when it feels like this crisis will never end? And when so little is known about the future?

According to Dr. Jennifer Wegmann we all have resilience within ourselves that we simply need to know how to "reveal."

Dr. Wegmann is a professor in the Decker School of Nursing, department of Health and Wellness Studies at Binghamton University. She teaches a variety of classes including ones on stress management. While there is no magic way to overcome our feelings during this stressful time, she explains that there are tools available that anyone can implement. We're all designed to adapt, no matter of socioeconomic status, education level, or demographic identity.

She joins Dr. Peeke to share some of those tools and ways to tap into our resilience capabilities.
