Getting through the holidays during COVID 19 is going to be difficult. With kids of any age, there will be a lot of saying no and changing plans and traditions.
Here to help us with this challenge is Dr. Arwa K. Nasir. She is a pediatrician in Omaha and is an Associate Professor, Division of General Pediatrics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
She walks us through some tips for keeping kids resilient during the holidays, including maintaining routines, continuing to get exercise to stay busy through the school break, how to deal with seeing friends, and getting kids out of a winter rut (and their bedrooms).
