Genella MacintyreGenella Macintyre is an author and international trainer and consultant with a focus on improving the quality of personal and professional living. With experience in human resources management, executive leadership, personal and executive coaching, individual and family counseling, and program development and evaluation, she helps organizations large and small develop productive, profitable and psychologically safe workplaces.

President of Partners in Discovery Ltd., Genella holds a Bachelor of Arts Specialist degree from Brandon University and a Master of Arts in applied psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a qualified trainer in Myers-Briggs and the Life Styles Inventory and also has certificates in coaching and mediation skills, the Enneagram, Relationship Awareness (Strength Deployment Inventory), and the EQ2.0 (Emotional Intelligence Quotient). Her published works include Five Steps to Reducing Stress: Recognizing What Works, a children’s book called Tucker Times: The Chase, and a coloring and activity book called Tucker Times Seasons of Play.

In addition to her extensive experience with the training division of the Manitoba government, Genella has delivered a variety of organizational development workshops to government departments, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit family service agencies and more. Delivered in a fun, interactive and relaxed environment, Genella’s workshops are focused on finding practical solutions for personal and professional challenges. Topics include dealing with difficult clients and customers, working with colleagues, managing conflict through conversations, and leading remote teams. Genella also instructs at local universities and colleges.
