He's an Exercise Physiologist with 20 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. Before working at Duke, Housle spent 15 years as an health educator working in high schools as a teacher and coach. He has a Master's Degrees from Penn State University and East Stroudsburg University in Exercise Science and Health Psychology. Also, Housle is a certified Health Coach, holds certifications in Stott Pilates, is a Health Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine, and a certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has presented nationally for the ACSM, the Obesity Society, and the Arthritis Foundation.
