Is Hot Yoga Really All that "Hot"?
Hot yoga refers to yoga exercises performed under hot and humid conditions. But is Hot Yoga really all that "hot"?

Is it even safe to work out in those temperatures?

This is often associated with the style of yoga devised by Bikram Choudhury; however, hot yoga is now used to describe many types of yoga that use heat to increase an individual's flexibility in poses.

If you're concerned, or even confused about the hot yoga options available to you, this segment is not to be missed. Dr. Michele Olson, PhD, FACSM, from the American College of Sports Medicine is here to help you decide if hot yoga is right for you.
