Single for the Holidays? You're Not Alone
There is almost an instinctual feeling to feel bad if you are single during the holidays. But, there is no reason to be embarrassed by your single status. Instead, celebrate it.

Here's the thing... feeling happy or fulfilled shouldn't be entirely based on your relationship status. After all, you can be married and still feel alone, sad or depressed during the holiday season.  You can be single and still fill your days with love and happiness.

The holidays do seem to heighten emotions. If you are already lonely, the holidays may make you feel worse. However, if you change your mindset and attitude, you can realize that the glass may be half-full.

Special guest, Sally A. Odegard, shares why it can actually be a plus to be single during the holidays, as well as how to change your attitude to more positive thinking.
