Are they in full dress for football? Or perhaps putting in a lot of miles for cross country running?
When they come home from practices, do they seem over tired and too warm?
Although July and August tend to be the warmest months of the year, the months after can be quite hot with temps routinely jumping from 50 to 90 degrees; even in the same day.
