Recently, the Task Force published a review of physical activity opportunities and U.S. hub airports. The Task Force is also beginning to partner with airports to develop an airport walking program called, "Fitness on the Fly."

You may try to avoid getting sick while traveling by taking care of your health before you take off.

But, with airborne illnesses, new environments, and typically unhealthy foods, it can be difficult to prevent.
