When she and her six-year-old son were both diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2011, Laura was inspired to leave her career in digital marketing to study nutrition. Encouraged by the significant improvement in her family's health after removing gluten and processed foods from their diets, Laura works with individuals and families to effect dietary changes that resonate throughout their lives. As a mother of two, Laura is particularly interested in supporting parents in their efforts to feed children appropriately and manage picky eaters.
Good Fats: The Ins & Outs
    Fat isn’t all bad.

Misinformation about the danger of fats began as early as the 1950s. But you need healthy fats in your diet.

These healthy fats play a role in helping you manage your weight, keep your skin and hair looking great, and much more.

But the world of fats can be confusing... saturated, mono-saturated, trans; where do you even begin?

Special guest, Laura Kraber, joins Andrea and Lisa to share the ins and outs of healthy fats, as well as which types of oils and fats you should avoid.
