Supplements for Exercise & Weight Loss
There are so many supplements out there that claim to make your workout better, and just as many that say they can help you shed those pesky pounds faster and easier.

But do they really work? And are they safe?

In this day and age, with all the athletes getting caught using performance enhancing drugs (PEDs), you want to make sure you're getting what you pay for.

It's confusing, to be sure. What can you make of this dizzying world of potions, pills, and powders?

Melanie Cole, MS, and Dr. Andrew Gregory, MD, help you sort out the fact from the fiction in the wide, wide world of sport supplements.
