How to Find Love That’s Right for You
Many have a “checklist” in their heads when it comes to finding a romantic partner.

You might want a partner with a certain job, who looks a certain way, who lives in a particular neighborhood... the list goes on and on.

Where does this checklist come from?

Oftentimes, society has ingrained messages in you about what you should expect and what you are entitled to from a partner. But, these qualities may not actually matter to your true self.

Dr. Kathryn Foster has worked with hundreds of couples and has seen firsthand the power of understanding yourself and what you truly want.

She joins host Erica Spiegelman to explain who men and women fall in love with, as well as how you can unravel the messages you receive from society and get in touch with what you really want and need from your partner.
